The hotel has a great location, right on the boardwalk next to Tropicana. The rooms, though basic and clean, felt very outdated and old. The service was a mix; some staff were excellent and helpful, while others were rude. The dining experience was not very appealing, but at least the hotel offers a nice area to enjoy meals. Overall, the value for money was decent, considering the convenient location.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room I was assigned on the 2nd floor was a bit dirty and dingy, located at the end of the hall which offered some peace but didn't shield us from noisy neighbors. Lack of coffee and towels was a hassle, especially for someone with long hair like me. The service, apart from the gentleman who checked us in, wasn't particularly helpful. The location was excellent with balcony views of the ocean but marred by the front desk staff's lack of empathy. The dining experience wasn't very appealing even though the prices were reasonable. Overall, the hotel had both positive and negative points worth considering.
